As we start new routines this fall, it’s so easy to lose motivation. We all have days where we wake up, we are feeling sluggish and unmotivated to do the things that need to be done for the day; sitting in bed all day watching our new favorite show definitely sounds like something we would rather do. It’s in these times where we have to push ourselves out of the slump and show our mind and body who’s the boss.
